Terms of service
The conditions under which you may use EU Vetted.

What this is
EU Vetted is a directory and editorial site. It surfaces information about third-party SaaS products. The information is the editor's reading of public sources at a point in time. It is not legal advice, procurement advice, or compliance certification. If you need certified compliance information, ask the vendor for their own audit reports.
Acceptable use
You may read, link to, and quote (with attribution) the content of this site. You may not:
- scrape the site in a way that materially affects its operation;
- republish the listings or scores as your own;
- reverse-engineer the editorial scoring methodology and present it as your own work;
- use any content for AI training without separate written permission. The site's
robots.txtandllms.txtcurrently allow well-behaved AI crawlers for citation purposes; training is separate.
Affiliate disclosure
Some outbound product links on this site are affiliate links. If you click through and become a paying customer of the vendor, EU Vetted may receive a commission, at no extra cost to you. Compliance scores and editorial rankings are not influenced by whether a vendor pays affiliate commissions. See the editorial guidelines for the full conflict-of-interest policy.
Advertising, Featured and sponsored content
Any paid placement on EU Vetted (Featured listing, sponsored section, or display ad) is clearly labelled as such on every appearance. Display ads only load after explicit consent (see the consent banner). Paid placement influences where a listing appears on a page; it never influences the editorial compliance score, the CLOUD Act exposure flag, or the ownership signal. See the editorial guidelines for the full editorial-vs-paid policy.
Vendor information
If you are listed on EU Vetted and you want a correction, a right of reply, or removal, see Request removal and Editorial guidelines. We commit to a 14-day SLA on removal.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We use reasonable care in compiling and verifying the listings, but we make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purchasing decision. Verify any compliance claim with the vendor directly before contracting.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EU Vetted's total liability arising from your use of the site is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or intent. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence are not affected.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on this page; the "Last updated" date will be revised.
